Liability of the tenant and rental conditions

 

These are the rental terms and conditions:

• The vacation home is a non-smoking area.

• During the stay in the holiday home, the tenant is fully liable for the furniture and all items belonging to the rented property.

• The tenant must ensure that they do not cause noise disturbance to the neighbors.

• The landlord is not liable for loss, theft or damage to the tenant's property.

• The tenant must comply with the agreed arrival, departure times, and number of people indicated at the time of reservation.

• Duvets, mattress protectors, and pillows are provided.

• The tenant must bring their own bed linen, including when using a sleeping bag, otherwise, laundry costs will be charged.

• The key will not be handed over until the rental amount, security deposit, and additional costs have been fully paid.

• Failure to comply with the rental conditions will result in the immediate cancellation of the rental agreement without refund.

Cancellation:

• The tenant must arrange their own cancellation insurance.

• The deposit will not be refunded.

• If canceled within 8 weeks before the start of the stay, the remaining amount will not be refunded.

• In case of premature termination of the stay, the full booking amount is due.
